- Experienced in real estate sales with development sales being an added advantage
- Working knowledge of the real estate market on the Algarve
- Strong knowledge of European markets and potential European competition an advantage
- Strong working knowledge of Golden Visa program and tax incentives in Portugal an advantage
- Experience in dealing with high nett worth clients and international clients - A well-presented and articulate individual
- Presentation skills for group or public seminars and presentations an advantage
- General marketing skills and knowledge an advantage
- Ability to respond to online enquiries and engage with the enquiry in writing and telephonically
- Ability to travel internationally if required
- Fluent in English and Portuguese with other languages such as French or German an advantage
- Ability to start as soon as possible
- Must have recent Portuguese real estate sales experience
- Graduate in Management, Real Estate Property, Marketing, Sales
